  11. I purchased a ti extensa laptop and megahertz modem in dec 1995 and from
  12. what i can tell the modem doesnt work and never has.  Since megahertz
  13. doesnt answer the fone (tech support) for upwards of 30 minutes (i finally
  14. hung up - 4 calls ) my question is : what can i do either legally or 
  15. anything else that will get me going?  I purchased the equipment from
  16. usa flex and they are no help - they say to call megahertz.  A texas
  17. instrument service tech (excellent service response here) had me do
  18. some things on the computer and he told me the modem was defective.
